We all know that psychopaths are convincing and practiced liars, among other less distinguished traits. And, if you read the book Danger Has A Face, you would know that the psychopaths profiled in it are educated, socially skilled and oftentimes wealthy psychopaths that create devastation by abusing loved ones, manipulating others and then blaming those consequences on others.
